At My Sunshine, each service is thoughtfully prepared and personalised with care. For this reason, all purchases are final.
Non-Refundable Services & Products
Once a payment has been successfully processed, we do not offer refunds, returns, or exchanges. This includes, but is not limited to:
- Digital styling packages
- Personalised lookbooks
- Consultations (virtual or written)
- Memberships or subscription-based services
- Any downloadable or digital content
As our services are bespoke and begin preparation shortly after purchase, we are unable to accommodate refund requests once an order has been placed.
However, for selected services such as The Wardrobe Wishwash, bookings may be rescheduled with the payment credited toward a new appointment date within a 30-day period. Please email hello@mysunshinestylist.com if you wish to reschedule.
Exceptional Circumstances
In the rare event of a technical error on our part (such as duplicate charges), please contact us and we will review the matter promptly.
